When does the school day start and end?

School starts at 8 a.m. and lets out at 2:40 p.m.

What is the cost of tuition?

Tuition for the 2021-2022 (Grades K-6) school year:

  • Active Parishioner Rate: $5,355
  • Standard Tuition Rate: $6,895
  • Family Plan: Third child of a family enrolled pays 1/2 of tuition cost. Fourth child of a family pays no tuition. This plan is only for families with all three or four children enrolled at Good Shepherd during the same school year.

Do you offer busing to and from school?

We provide busing for all Good Shepherd School students within our busing boundaries. Our bus route includes Golden Valley, St. Louis Park, and parts of New Hope, Robbinsdale and Crystal. Call 763-545-4285 for more information.

Do you offer childcare before and after school?

We offer a before and after school program. Care is available before school starting at 7 a.m. and after school from 2:40-6 p.m. Children are offered a variety of supervised activities including play time outside, crafts, board games, free time, reading, computer and athletic games.  Learn more.

Do you offer childcare on days when school is not in session?

Full-Day Care is offered for Kindergarten – 6th grade students from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on days when school is not in session. There are often field trips planned on these days. Learn more.

Do you offer childcare over summer vacation?

We have a vibrant summer care program for students enrolled in grades K – 6 at Good Shepherd School in kindergarten through sixth grade that includes multiple field trips each week. Incoming kindergarten students may attend summer care on some days. Summer care hours are Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Learn more.
