Band

Band is offered to students in grades 4–6. Group lessons are available to students. Bands perform in concerts throughout the school year.

Boy Scouts/Girl Scouts

Good Shepherd School hosts Boy and Girl Scouts organizations starting in kindergarten. Our troops are run by parent volunteers.

Chess Club

This Club is open to all Good Shepherd students, K–6. Chess club members meet once each week after school at Good Shepherd from October through February.

Lego Robotics

This program for interested fourth, fifth and sixth grade students is an internationally organized program created to inspire scientific and technological curiosity in young students by allowing them to design, build and program computer robots for a specific challenge.

Math Masters

Students in fifth and sixth grade may be chosen to be part of Math Masters, a state-wide math competition. Team members are chosen in late fall through selection tests provided by Math Masters. They then practice weekly with their coach and participate in a competition in spring. Competitions are held throughout the state on a weekend, and awards are given for the top individuals and teams at each competition site.
